David Thurman Vick III, age 55, of Greensboro died on May 17, 2009, at Hale County Hospital in Greensboro.
He was born June 26, 1953, in Jefferson County to David Vick Jr. and the late Mary Levert Poellnitz Vick. He was the director of food services for West Alabama Youth Services for several years.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, at 11 a.m. at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church in Greensboro. Kirk Funeral Homes Greensboro Chapel is directing the services.
He is survived by his father, David Vick, Jr.; a daughter, Valeria Vick of Greensboro; a son, William Bryant Vick of Bay Minette; and his sister, Octavia (Foots) Johnson of Greensboro.
