Westside Elementary School was cap its “Tiger Rally” fund-raiser with its “Rally Day” on Thursday, beginning at 10 a.m. There will also be sessions at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

The date was moved from Friday due to the threat of inclement weather.

The students are taking pledges based on the number of activities they can complete on “Rally Day.” For example, if someone pledges a student $1 for each jumping jack he does and he completes 25 jumping jacks, that student will get a $25 from that pledge for Westside Elementary School.

People can also donate a flat amount if they wish. All proceeds will go to Westside Elementary School.
