FORKLAND — Carolyn Blair Ethridge, 67, a long-time resident of Forkland, died July 6, 2008, at St. John’s Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. Schaudt’s Funeral Service of Glenpool, Okla performed the cremation.
Carolyn was preceeded in death by her parents, J.D. and Mary Francis Blair, her husband William Ethridge, and her sister Mary Emma Lee.
Survivors include her sons, Gregory Cheatwood of Powell, Tenn.; Jerry Cheatwood and his wife, Paula, of Wetumpka; her daughter Michele Wolf and her husband, Dirk, of Kellyville, Okla.; three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Her surviving siblings are Wailon Blair and his wife Karen; Heywood Blair and his wife Lois, Wayne Blair, and Lola McClinton.
