GALLION &8212; Arland Wenzell Boozer, 74, of Gallion, died May 20, 2008 at his home. Funeral services were held at Providence Baptist Church on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 2 p.m. with the Revs. David Moree and Randall Mims officiating. Interment was held at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Gallion.

Arland was born July 12, 1933 in Sweet Water; he was a member of Providence Baptist Church. He was a retired crew leader with Gulf States Paper Company.

He is survived by his wife, Mary B. Boozer, of Gallion; three daughters Karen Lindsey, of Linden, Kim Dixon, of Muscle Shoals, and Dawn Sheffield, of Linden; and six grandchildren.

The services were directed by O&8217;Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Linden.
