William Billy Braxton Vice

LINDEN &045; William &8220;Billy&8221; Braxton Vice, 68, of Linden, died on Friday, March 14, 2008, at his home in Linden. Funeral services were held at Linden Baptist Church at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2008, with Dr. Randy Creel officiating. Burial was at Shiloh Cemetery in Dixons Mills. O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Linden was in charge of the arrangements.
Vice was born on Dec. 3, 1939, in Wayne. He was a member of Linden Baptist Church. He was a retired paper mill worker and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Margie Vice, of Linden; two sons, Terry Vice and wife, Michelle, and Wesley Vice, both of Linden; two brothers, Odell Vice of Linden and Milton Vice of Creola; four sisters, Janelle Glass and Charlotte Henson, both of Linden, Mary Dumas of Pine Hill, Ida Duncan of Gulf Shores and six grandchildren.
Active pallbearers were: Thomas Vice, Chad Vice, Chuck Henson, Todd Morris, Ken Morris, Johnny Vice, Jim Duncan and Jeff Duncan.
Honorary Pallbearers were: Ronnie Henson, Donnie Henson, Hal Cannon, Doug Cannon, Mort Ulakovits, William Henson and Tyler Henson.
