DEMOPOLIS – Ronnie Cade Smith, 85, of Demopolis, died Feb. 16, 2008, at D.C.H. Regional Hospital in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008, at Petty&8217;s Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church in Demopolis. The Rev. Alfonso Smith officiated. Interment followed in Memorial Cemetery in Demopolis. Larkin&Scott Funeral directors of Demopolis were in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include Robert P. Cade of Tuscaloosa and James E. Cade of Demopolis; 10 grandchildren; 26 grandchildren; a goddaughter, Minister Anita Wright, a friend, Fred Gracie of Demopolis and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
