GALLION &8212; Madilyn Lou Smith, 4.5 months of Gallion died Dec. 14, 2007, at UAB hospital. Funeral services were held at Linden Memorial Park at 2 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2007. O&8217; Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Linden was in charge of the arrangements.

She was born July 28, 2007 in Tuscaloosa.

She was preceded in death by grandmother, Wanda Smith, great-grandmother, Jane Porter, great-grandfather, Clyde Burkhalter and great-grandfather, C. E. Smith.

She is survived by father, Brandon L. Smith of Gallion, her mother, Kate Langham Smith, of Gallion, one brother, Jackson Lane Smith, of Gallion, maternal grandparents, Ronny L. and Catherine P. Hughes of Eutaw and Charles Thomas and Wanda T. Langham Jr. of Faunsdale; her paternal grandfather, Lynwood Smith, of Linden, great-grandparents, Curtis C. and Joanne Porter of Eutaw, great-grandfather, Charles Thomas Langham Sr., of Akron, great-grandmother, Mary M. Smith, of Linden, great-grandmother, Millry M. Burkhalter, of Linden, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
