BOLIGEE &8212; Willie Foster Harper, 46, of the Tishabee Community in Boligee, died Nov. 23, 2007, at Colonial Haven Care and Rehab Center in Greensboro. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. on Saturday at Mount Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church in Tishabee with the Rev. Willie C. Carter officiating. Interment will follow in Knott Cemetery with McInnis Mortuary of Eutaw directing. Visitation is from 1 until 6 p.m. today at the mortuary and an hour prior to service time at the church.
