Demopolis High School&8217;s boy&8217;s team opened their season at home with a 75-55 win over Francis Marion High School.

Demopolis started the game with a 12-5 run over the traveling Rams, eventually out scoring the group 18-10 in the first quarter, 37-23 in the second quarter, 59-34 in the third quarter and finishing with the eventual 75-55 win. Leading scorers for DHS were Casey Cantey, with 27 points, Jonathan Marshall, with 14 points, and Patrick Robertson, with 10. Francis Marion&8217;s leading scorers were K. Arrington and C. Gray, who both had 11 points in the loss.
