FORKLAND &8212; Joe Smith, 87, of Forkland, the husband of Hattie Smith, died Nov. 14, 2007, at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home in Demopolis. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, at the Old Green Oak Baptist Church in Forkland. The Rev. Ronald Craig is the pastor. The Rev. James Reed will officiate.

Interment will follow in Old Green Oak Cemetery in Forkland. The remains will repose at the church on Tuesday beginning at noon.

Public viewing will be held from 1 until 7 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Larkin&Scott Funeral directors of Demopolis were in charge of the arrangements.
