LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. &8212; John Thomas &8220;Tommy&8221; Dollar II, 49, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007 at his home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Home Chapel in Demopolis with Dr. Rex Kent officiating. Internment will follow in Demopolis Memorial Gardens with Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

Dollar was a member of The First Baptist Church of Demopolis.

Dollar was preceded in death by his father, James J. Dollar and his son, James Jackson &8220;Jay&8221; Dollar II and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Dollar is survived by his daughter, Hilary Dollar, of Wetumpka; his mother Maurine D. Durkin and her husband, Mike, of Attalla; his brother, Mark Dollar and his wife, Nan, and his nephew, Matt Dollar, all of Demopolis.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Lee, Jeff Fields, Dr. Tony Speegle, Mike O&8217;Neal, Ronnie Jennings, Kris Mullins, Greg Jenkins and Donn Tarpley.
