DEMOPOLIS &8212; Sim Essex III, 59, of Demopolis died Oct. 27, 2007, in Demopolis. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Demopolis. The Rev. Nathaniel Carter will officiate. Interment will follow in Scott Memorial Cemetery in Jefferson. The remains will repose at the church beginning at noon on Saturday. Public viewing will be held from 1 until 7 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Larkin&Scott Funeral directors of Demopolis were entrusted with arrangements.
