DEMOPOLIS &8212; The City Council and Police Department announced a zero tolerance policy in dealing with Halloween pranksters.

Several residents have reported concerns of having their yards rolled, houses and cars egged and windows broken, Demopolis Safety Director Jeff Manuel said.

Demopolis will host Halloween Trick or Treating from 5 until 8 p.m., tonight.
