Mr. and Mrs. Susanna Naisbett of Demopolis, would like to announce the engagement

and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Susanna Gross, to Rich Quinney, son of Joe Press Quinney Jr. and Patricia Quinney of Demopolis.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Susanna B. Smith of Tuscaloosa and Wallace and Paulette Smith of Langston. She is an Interior Design student at University of Alabama and a 2004 graduate of Demopolis High School.

The prospective bride-groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Harris of Demopolis and Mrs. Arthur Noland of Sweetwater and the late Joe Press Quinney Sr. of Gallion. He is a graduate of University of West Alabama with a degree in business technology. He is employed with Black Warrior Electric Membership Corp.

The couple will wed at 5 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2007, at First United Methodist Church in Demopolis.
