Mr. and Mrs. Darrin Flowers of Linden would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lori Ann Flowers of Gallion, to Dannie Lane Eaves Jr. of Gallion.

Miss Flowers is the granddaughter of Frances Smith Spidle of Gallion, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Flowers of Demopolis and the late Billy Gene Smith of Linden.

She graduated from Demopolis High School, is currently attending Alabama Southern College and is employed at Physician&8217;s Family in Demopolis.

Mr. Eaves is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dannie Eaves of Linden.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. David Compton of Demopolis, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Eaves of Linden and the late Albert W. Short of Forkland.

He graduated from Demopolis High School, is also currently attending Alabama Southern College, and is employed at Eaves Construction Company.

The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2007, at Rangeline Baptist Church.
