Sweet Water resident Earl Wilson spent the hot afternoon under the shade with some of his furry friends. Yesterday, Wilson set up shop outside the Demopolis Board of Education to sell his home-raised rabbits. Wilson has raised bunnies for almost six years, but nine-year-old Lakelton Bruno was fascinated enough to buy his first rabbit. “His name is Monroe,” Lakelton said with a smile. Wilson plans to be at the same location today and Sunday if “God is willing,” he said.
