August 8 – August 15
The following arrests were made by the Livingston Police Department:
Marvin J. Carter, 49, of Livingston was arrested Aug. 15 on a warrant and charged with harassment. He was taken to the Sumter County Jail.
The following incident/offense reports were recorded:
Aug. 9
While a local resident was waiting to get gas at a local store, an 18-year-old male hit her 1995 Ford F-150 with a bat causing damage to the truck. There is a suspect and the case is under investigation.
While a 2002 Ford Truck was parked in a local parking lot someone removed a winch and winch bumper from the truck. The case is under investigation.
Aug. 12
A local store reported an amount of cash was missing from the cash register when the register was checked this morning. The case is under investigation.
Aug. 14
While several cars were parked at local motel the owners reported someone entered the vehicle and removed clothing items that were left inside. The case is under investigation.
