Demopolis Police Report
The following arrests were made by the Demopolis Police Department:
Audrey Lisha Monfee, 32, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and making a false report to law enforcement.
James Patrick Dunn, 32, was arrested Jan. 11 and charged with contempt of court.
Henry Daniel Wells, 27, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with first-degree theft by deception.
Henry Josh Small, 41, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with first-degree theft by deception.
Tracey Y. Moore, 37, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with harassment.
Saul H. Stanley, 47, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with first-degree theft by deception.
Daryl L. Hackworth, 22, was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with two counts of burglary.
Carla Mills Turner, 41, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with contempt of court.
Emily Elayne Turner, 18, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with contempt of court.
Barrett Darnell Taylor, 36, was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with carrying a pistol without a permit.
Andrew Jason Johnson, 30, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with D.U.I. and second-degree possession of marijuana.
Daryl Taylor, 28, was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct.
Kerry Hildreth, 24, was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with harassment.

A report was made on Bridget Avenue of two counts of third-degree theft of cash and a MasterCard.
January 8
Miscellaneous offenses were reported on Highway 80 and Maria
January 11
First-degree sodomy was reported at the Eutaw National Guard Armory.
Third-degree assault was reported on North Strawberry Street.
Third-degree theft-shoplifting was reported at Diamond Oil of Miller Lite beer.
Third-degree larceny was reported at Creekwood Apartments of a black and gray purse, wallet, and cash.
Third-degree burglary was reported on East Jefferson Street of a door and four Southern Link phones.
Third-degree larceny was reported around the city of plants and flower pots.
Second-degree unlawful imprisonment was reported at the National Guard Armory.
January 12
Harassment was reported on East Jackson Street.
Harassing communications was reported on East Jackson Street.
January 13
Theft of an article from an automobile was reported on North Strawberry Street of a purse, checkbook, debit card, and cash.
Second-degree theft of property was reported on East Pettus Street of a credit card.
Third-degree theft was reported in Mauvilla Trailer Park of a mountain bike.
Speeding-reasonable and prudent was reported on Highway 43 South.
Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on East Pettus Street of a Chevy S-10 Blazer.
January 14
A report of a car hitting a deer was reported on Jefferson Road with damage to the front of the vehicle.
Carrying a pistol without a permit was reported on Pettus and First Avenue.
Third-degree criminal mischief was reported on Highway 43 South.
Third-degree domestic violence was reported on East Pettus Street.
January 15
Third-degree burglary was reported on Highway 80 East of two visa credit cards, Robertson Bank checkbook, and a trooper badge.
Third-degree burglary was reported at Red Carpet Inn of a Magnavox 25-inch TV and a Phillips 25-inch TV.
First-degree possession of marijuana and person forbidden to possess pistol was reported on First Avenue.
A D.U.I. and second-degree possession of marijuana was reported on Jefferson Road and Industrial Park.
A gas drive off was reported on Highway 80 West of unleaded gas.
January 17
Harassment was reported on Marengo Drive.
A gas drive off was reported at Diamond Gas Station of unleaded gas.
