The “Pink Ladies” of the Bryan Whitfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary are holding their second annual jewelry sale at the new classroom of Bryan Whitfield Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 29 and Friday, April 30.
Brenda Parr of the Ladies Auxiliary said this is the second one of these jewelry sales we’ve done. She said the response from the one last in October was so good, that people kept asking when the next one was going to be held.
“We will have over 14 tables packed full of different jewelry including rings, watches, chains, bracelets, and so on,” Parr said.
She said the sale is sponsored by Phantasia’s Jewelry. She also said the company is known for helping local hospitals with different fundraising projects.
“The turnout for last year’s event was so great that we just had to bring it back to the citizens of Demopolis,” Parr said.
She said everything at the jewelry sale is only $5 and there will be tons of different things for the customers. She also said the dates and times for the sale are Thursday, April 29 7 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday, April 30 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
“I would like to welcome all the citizens of Demopolis to come out and support the “Pink Ladies” with our largest fundraiser of the year,” Parr said.
