The Linden Athletic Field and the George Austin Junior High School were vandalized Saturday night. According to Linden Public Safety Director Jeff Laduron, the dressing room walls at the stadium were spray painted with messages and the water was left running in the bathrooms.

The gym at the junior high was also spray painted, he said.

The incidents are under investigation, and there are no suspects at this time. Laduron does not believe the incidents were related to the Marengo Academy-Wilcox Academy game last Friday night.
